RISK FACTORS
Male sex Age > 60
Atrial fibrillation
EF <40%
Stroke
Chiari malformation
Chronic opioid use
Low resting PaO2

TREATMENT
Specialized positive airway pressure ventilation devices (avoid ASV)
Decrease Opioid use
